Middlesex County Auction 

As per NJSA 40A:11-35 any contracting unit by resolution of its governing body may authorize by public auction the sale of its personal property not needed for public use.

The County of Middlesex conducts at least two (2) auctions each year. These auctions are open to the public and conducted online through our contracted vendor, USAGOVBID. The items available vary, but include office equipment, office furniture, vehicles, buses, and construction equipment.  Interested bidders can inspect items prior to bidding during set inspection dates and times.
