Vendors obtaining copies of the bid or proposal documents on the website are responsible for monitoring the website for the issuance of any addenda or clarifications.

Select “Current Bidding Opportunities” for the bids and proposals currently being solicited and the corresponding closing dates for each.

Select “New Procurement Portal” to resister on the new MCIA Procurement Portal in preparation for our transition from our current bid solicitation process to a fully automated web-based electronic bidding and vendor management system.

If you experience problems downloading the documents from this site, you may email mciaadmin@mciauth.com to request a copy of the documents. Requests for bids or proposal documents must include the bid or proposal number and title and should include additional information such as return e-mail address, contact name, street address, phone number, etc. A staff member monitoring this email address will respond to requests for bids or proposal documents only and will not respond to any other request.
