The Surrogate’s Office is by appointment only. If you need an appointment, please click below to schedule at our main office in New Brunswick. If you need any special accommodations for your appointment, please call our office at 732-745-3055 to make appointment over the phone. If you would like an appointment at one of our satellite locations, please click here.

JEDS (Judiciary Electronic Document Submission)
Currently, the Middlesex County Surrogate’s Court does not utilize the JEDS System.  
Original pleadings should be delivered to the Surrogate's Court. 
No copies are necessary unless you need filed copies returned to you.
