The Division of GIS resides within the Office of Information Technology. Our mission is to provide technical assistance, coordination, and guidance in the implementation of GIS solutions across County departments to enhance business operations that will best serve their customers and the citizens of Middlesex County.

Through relationships fostered with strategic partners, the Division of GIS manages GIS application development, Enterprise database maintenance, and streamlining GIS initiatives for County decision-makers, department staff, and Municipalities. By providing subject matter expertise, keeping current on industry standards, and propelling forward the County vision, GIS exponentially enhances the capabilities of department staff.
