Rent a Showmobile or Farmwagon for Your Event

Showmobile and farmwagon rentals are available through the Office of Parks and Recreation. Showmobiles and Farmwagons are only permitted at events within Middlesex County. Insurance is required in order to rent a showmobile or farmwagon.  Download the insurance requirements.

Showmobile #1

Stage length is 36', depth is 14', and height from ground is 48'' to 61'' (adjustable). It is heavy and is pulled with a single-axel dump truck. We provide a basic sound system 1000-watt and 6.5kw generator.

Showmobile #2

Stage length =36'; Stage depth = 14' ; Stage height from ground = 48'' to 61'' adjustable. It is heavy and is pulled with a single-axel dump truck. We provide a basic sound system 1000 Watt and 6.5kw generator.

Open Air Stage

Stage length =20’; Stage depth = 19'.  We provide a basic sound system 1000 Watt and 6.5kw generator. This stage is recommended for band performances, opposed to dance performances.

Showmobile Pricing/Open Air Stage Pricing

$900 per eight hours (includes four hours of set up and break down time plus four hours of event time). For events requiring more than eight hours, there will be a charge of $160 for each additional hour.

For multiple day events, the first day is $900 for an eight-hour block, each additional day is $750 for an eight-hour block, and each additional hour is $160. For these multiple day events, set-up (two hours) is on the first day and break down (two hours) is on the last day.

If you require an extra stage on a Showmobile, there is an additional $550 fee for the 8 extra feet of stage.

If you plan on having a band or disc jockey (DJ), they must bring their own sound equipment. Our basic sound system can support speaking/announcements only.

Farmwagon 

• Farmwagon – $220 per day (includes delivery and pick up)
• 15' length by 8' width
• A 1000-watt sound system can be rented for $220 per three-hour increment.
