You are cordially invited to join Commissioner Director Ronald G. Rios and the Middlesex County Board of County Commissioners for the State of the County Address on Middlesex County’s strategic vision for 2026.

Director Rios will present the County’s fiscal health and projections as well as outline key initiatives and major investments that reflect the County’s commitment to responsible planning, sustainable growth, and long-term community improvements. You will learn more about the progress on previously announced capital investments, advancements in technology, and services that improve the community’s quality of life.

Light refreshments will be provided. Please enter the campus via the Mill Road entrance due to ongoing construction. Parking will be available in Lot 1. West Hall is located at the corner of Parkside Drive and College Drive East.
