Join Middlesex County's 4-H Youth Development Program on the 4-H Mental Health Fair planned by teens for teens. The event builds awareness of mental health issues and teaches tips for overcoming obstacles. Teenagers are able to hear from experts on mental health topics, take part in hands-on activities, and learn tips on managing stress.
