Registration will not be confirmed, you will only be contacted if a class is full or cancelled. Classes are generally scheduled to start at 9:00 am and run until 4:00 pm, unless otherwise noted. It is suggested that attendees arrive minimally 15 minutes prior to any scheduled training.DRESS CODE
Proper attire for all attendees is either a department uniform or minimally a collared shirt and dress slacks/trousers. Dress may be modified according to class requirements as indicated on the specific course description or the instructor’s guidance on the first day of a multi-day training program. Non-uniformed personnel wearing weapons should ensure their weapons are concealed at all times upon leaving the classroom.CLASS ATTENDANCE
Class attendance is required in order to obtain a course completion certificate.
If you are unable to attend a class that you are registered for, you should notify the Training Center.ORDER
All students are expected to set the example for appropriate law enforcement conduct by exhibiting courtesy, decorum, and respect for students, instructors, and staff.CELL PHONES
The use of cell phones during course instruction is prohibited. Phones and beepers may only be used during class breaks.SMOKING
No tobacco products or E-cigarettes allowed on campus.PARKING
There is adequate parking at all training locations, handicap parking is located at the rear of the building.MEALS
There are many restaurants in the area suitable for lunch. There is also a lunch room for those who choose to “brown bag”.
