Pursuant to Attorney General Law Enforcement Directive No. 2021-6 – Directive Regarding Public Disclosure of the Identities of Officers who Commit Serious Discipline Violations, all law enforcement agencies operating in the State of New Jersey must publish, at least once a year, a brief synopsis of all complaints resulting in major discipline – defined as termination, reduction in rank or grade, and/or suspension of more than five (5) days – including the names of the officers sanctioned.  Consistent with that directive, please be advised that the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office has no detectives and/or sworn personnel who have been subject to major discipline.
