March 19, 2020

In order to effectively prevent the transmission and spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), all Middlesex County buildings are closed to the public including the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.  This drastic step has been taken to protect the citizens of Middlesex County as well as the members of our staff.  However, the critical operations of this Office are still being undertaken by essential personnel who are present in the office every day.

If you are encountering an emergency, please call 911.  If you need to report a non-emergent matter, please contact your local police department.

If you are in need of immediate assistance from a member of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, please contact the front desk at (732) 745-3300.  In the alternative, you may communicate with the Prosecutor’s Office by forwarding an email to

If you are a victim and need to contact your victim-witness advocate or an assistant prosecutor, you may contact them at their individualized County email or at their desk phone.

If you are a member of the defense bar, every assistant prosecutor is working remotely and can be contacted via their email address and/or office-issued cell phone.  The same is true of any member of the Judiciary looking to contact an assistant prosecutor.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
