PEDIATRIC (CHILD) HEALTH PROGRAM
This program provides preventive health care and education for infants and children in the community and oversees the immunization records of children attending daycare and schools.
Services are provided as follows:
Well Baby Clinic
This clinic service provides preventive health care for children ages 2 months through 5 years who have no insurance, or whose insurance does not provide for affordable preventive care. The preventive care services include physical examinations, health screenings, immunizations, and health counseling.
For information and/or appointments, please call 732-745-3100 weekdays 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The services are provided for a fee.
Pediatric Immunization Clinic
This clinic service provides immunizations to children who have no insurance or insurance that does not cover affordable preventive health care. The clinics are scheduled several times a month to provide immunizations required by N.J.A.C. 8: 57. You must bring the child’s immunization records so that the medical staff will know what immunizations the child needs. A parent or legal guardian must come with the child.

The Nursing Division Staff audit the immunization records for children enrolled at daycare, nursery schools, primary and secondary schools located in the jurisdiction to assure compliance to the New Jersey Administrative Code. The staff offers education and guidance to assure compliance to the regulations.
