How to File a Citizen's Complaint

During Environmental Health Division office hours one can call the division directly to file a complaint. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am- 4:15pm. The office number is 732-745-8480.
For an after hours citizen complaint there are several ways to file a complaint:
Local Police Department – who contact the appropriate agencies for enforcement
 Any time of the day or night the NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) can be called - 1-877-WARN-DEP
