This is the first step. You’ll automatically receive a notification when you’re eligible for a vaccine and appointments are available.

How to get started with the State of New Jersey’s online system:
STEP 1: Pre-register now and enter your name, email, and some other information that will help determine
when you will be eligible for a vaccine.
STEP 2: Check your email inbox. Once
you’ve completed the pre-registration, you should receive an email from a
sender similar to: "DOH-No-reply CovidVaccine". If needed,
check your junk mail/spam folder for the message.
STEP 3: Monitor your email
for further instructions. When you are eligible AND appointments are
available, the State will send you another email stating you can now schedule
your appointment.
The
email will come from another version of "DOH-No-reply
CovidVaccine" and will most likely have a subject line of "COVID-19
Vaccine - Schedule Your Appointment". Please make sure to check
your junk mail/spam folder.
STEP
4: Click the link in the most recent email
to browse and choose a vaccine location from the list. You will be asked to
provide your date of birth for verification before you can proceed.
Once you’re eligible, you can choose a
vaccination site anywhere in NJ, operated by the State of NJ, local
government, pharmacy, healthcare provider, or other organization.
WHAT IF I DON’T SEE A VACCINATION SITE NEAR ME?
If
you don’t see a vaccine site listed in or near your desired location, check
back another time using the same link in the email message. Sites will
regularly be added and removed based on vaccine availability.
The number
of vaccines available may change day-to-day, so you may need to check
several times if you are looking for an appointment at a specific
location.
Check covid19.nj.gov/vaccine for the latest
guidelines, general information, and new eligible groups of people as they are
added.
