Getting vaccinated in Middlesex County is now easier and more convenient than ever!

As of 5/10/2021, Middlesex County will no longer accept appointments booked through NJVSS (covidvaccine.nj.gov). The County has launched its own dedicated scheduling portal for Middlesex County locations.
County, in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Health, is operating vaccination clinics in several locations for those who live, work or go to school in Middlesex County only. Middlesex County is currently administering the Pfizer vaccine, Moderna vaccine and the Janssen (J&J) vaccine. You MUST be 18 or over to receive the Moderna or Janssen/J&J vaccine. The Pfizer vaccine is available to individuals aged 12 and over.
The County is currently administering third doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines only to immuno-compromised individuals at select locations. Please refer to the schedule when making an appointment to find a location.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO RESIDENTS:
Everyone 18 years or older who lives, works, or studies in Middlesex County, NJ is now eligible for a Moderna or J&J COVID-19 vaccine. Anyone 12 years or older is now eligible for a Pfizer vaccine only.
Vaccines are available to all County residents regardless of immigration or insurance status. It is FREE, no I.D. is required, and it’s strictly confidential.
Your personal information is safe, private and protected by the law through the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and will only be used to maintain your health records. No insurance is necessary, the County will not ask for copayment or coinsurance, this is a completely free service funded by the Board of County Commissioners.
At our County facilities, you will be asked to bring proof of identity that can either be a utility bill or another official mail in your name to verify who you are. You do not need a driver’s license or passport, if you do not have them.

Middlesex County is committed to vaccinating our older and disabled residents who may not be able to visit a County vaccination location. If you are a homebound individual and have not yet received a COVID-19 vaccine, please call our COVID-19 Call Center at 732-745-3100 to speak directly with our staff where you can arrange for a nurse to administer the vaccine to you at home.
Vaccine Resources for New Jersey Residents
You can choose a vaccination site anywhere in NJ, operated by the State of NJ, local government, pharmacy, healthcare provider, or other organization. If you don’t see a vaccine site listed in or near your desired location, check the list of locations again another time. Sites will regularly be added and removed based on vaccine availability.
The number of vaccines available may change day-to-day, so you may need to check several times if you are looking for an appointment at a specific location.
