Per N.J.S.A. 19:63-10(a), the Middlesex County Clerk’s Office is required to maintain a list, which is updated daily, of voters whose application for a Mail-In Ballot was approved and were sent their ballot, and per N.J.S.A. 19:63- 10(b), the Middlesex County Board of Elections is required to maintain a list of voters who have returned their voted mail-in ballot. These lists are available as a joint list named the “(Election) VBM List”. Additionally, per N.J.S.A. 19:15A-3, the Middlesex County Board of Elections is required to make available to the public a tally of the total number of voters, including their names, who have cast a ballot at each early voting location during the previous day. This is a separate list named “(Election) Early Voting List”.

Vote by Mail and Early Voting Request Form
To access the above lists, a Request Form, linked below, must be submitted. Once complete, a PASSWORD will be emailed to the requestor. The password, placed on the file for security reasons, will enable the Microsoft Excel file to be fully opened. The vote by mail list is published daily once the ballots are mailed and the early voting list is published once daily during the early voting period. The same password is used every day for the two files in the same election.
