All Middlesex County buildings will remain closed to the general public until further notice – County services are available on an appointment basis, and all services related to the Nov 3 General Election are available on a walk-in basis.

 

You will only be able to cast your ballot in person using a provisional paper ballot. If you have a disability and need further assistance in voting please contact the Board of Elections at (732) 745-3471.


Due to P.L. 2020, c. 72 , only a limited number of polling places will be open on Election Day, November 3, 2020. You will only be able to cast your ballot in person at your assigned polling location using a provisional paper ballot. If you have a disability and need further assistance in voting please contact the Board of Elections at (732) 745-3471. Expect to receive a postcard with your Polling location in October.

Shown below is a list of the Provisional Ballots (in Adobe PDF format) for all the municipalities within Middlesex County for the 2020 General Election.

Vote-by-mail ballots will be automatically sent to all active registered voters. Look out for a white envelope with an official election mail logo and a green Middlesex County logo. Your ballot will be marked as "Official Mail-In Ballot" as shown in the picture below. For additional information call the office of the County Clerk at (732) 745-4202​.
