Keep Middlesex Moving, Inc., is Middlesex County's non profit transportation management association. KMM is affiliated with the Middlesex County Improvement Authority. Since 1988, KMM has partnered with commuters, employers, local, county, and state government to reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality. 

Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce
The Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce has served as the area’s premier source of business networking, education and government advocacy for more than 100 years. We partner with member organizations who have over 50,000 employees to provide support to a variety of initiatives and build local commerce. 

NJSBDC RutgersThe New Jersey Small Business Development Center @ Rutgers-Newark is the premier provider of strategic, growth focused business training and technical assistance services to established small businesses and start-up entrepreneurs. With the Center’s motto to offer the “Right Strategy, Smart Growth, Infinite Possibilities” supports our mission to help entrepreneurs and business owners start  and grow sustainable, successful small business through the delivery of appropriate training and technical assistance services and programs.

a private, non-profit economic development corporation since 1977.  UCEDC helps small business by making loans, training and mentoring business owners, helping businesses obtain government contracts, and providing accurate and relevant business information. Funding is available through conventional lending sources from five hundred to five million dollars.

 RBAC​ - a private non profit lender that provides loan capital and business mentoring to small business owners that cannot access more conventional bank financing.

Middlesex County Business Portal - The Middlesex County Business Portal is an interactive GIS based economic development tool that provides investors with resources to make site location decisions for commercial and industrial sectors in Middlesex County.  The Portal is FREE and provides valuable resources such as Commercial Parcel Reports (including Site Specific Incentives) Transportation Proximity, Traffic Counts, Market and Demographic Data and Commercial for Sale/Lease information. You can search by area to obtain an attribute table with parcel details.

- New Jersey's Business Action Center (NJBAC) is your "one-stop" resource for everything you need to do business in New Jersey.   Use the NJ Business Portal​ for:

International Business Opportunities  - As the gateway for exporting around the world, Middlesex County boasts five (5) Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) offering incentives for companies generating final products exports out of the United States (Carteret, Edison, Perth Amboy, South Brunswick, and Woodbridge). Managed by the Port Authority and through the NJ Business Action Center NJBAC, Middlesex County Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) provides strategic locations to the Ports with unmatched transportation assets, plus the State’s network of free professional export assistance.  ​
