Park Advisory - All park events and picnics are currently suspended until April 30, 2020. Parks and open space will remain open to the public for passive recreation, including roads, parking areas, trails, lakes and other open space areas. However, restrooms, comfort stations, playgrounds, dog parks, basketball and tennis courts, the flying field, and similar facilities are closed until further notice in order to protect public health and safety. We ask that the public practice social distancing and refrain from large groups while enjoying our parks and open spaces.
A wide variety of farm and exotic animals are on display within fenced-in areas at the animal havens which are open from sunrise to sunset daily. Interpretive signage is displayed to provide an educational as well as a fun experience and best of all - its free!
