FAQs for our 2021 Summer Season

How much are tickets?
Admission is FREE all summer long.

What will seating look like?/Do I need to get tickets in advance?
Seating practices are going to be the SAME as pre-COVID, meaning doors will open at 5:30pm for chairs to be set up and the show will start at 8:00pm. Patrons still bring their own chairs with a back NO HIGHER THAN 40 inches (ex: folding chairs, soccer chairs, etc.). There will be no tickets sold in advance.

Will there be rain dates?
The first two shows America the Beautiful, and Rock Roll & Soul will only have ONE performance each, Friday, July 2nd, and Friday July 23rd respectively. The third show Showtune will have three performances Friday, August 13th, Saturday, August 14th, and Sunday August 15th . There will be NO RAIN DATES.

Will accessible seating/accommodations still be available?
Yes! There are still two sections, one on each side of the stage for accessible seating. You can come on the night of the show and we will ensure that you are accommodated, or you may call Diane at 732-548-2884, ext. 225 with any questions or to arrange any accommodations you may need.

We have rebuilt our box office from the ground up, enlarging it and providing 4 ticket windows to make the ticket process easier for our patrons. Additionally, one of the windows is wheelchair accessible. We have also improved our RAIN CHECK policy (see detailed policy below).

TICKETS
Ticket price is $7.00 per adult; $5.00 per senior citizen 60 and over, children twelve (12) and under enter for FREE. There are no refunds for any reason.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards at our box office for our summer shows.

Tickets are sold on the day of the performance only. No advance sales. The Box Office opens at 5:30 PM and patrons are admitted to the seating area immediately after purchasing tickets. All shows start at 8:00PM. The box office closes at 8:30PM each show night. The Box Office can be accessed from two locations: a) on the path from the parking lawn, and b) from the access path between the theater and handicap parking lot.

IF YOU LEAVE THE SEATING AREA...
Please exit through the Gates marked EXIT ONLY (Gates C and D) where your hand will be stamped with an identifying mark. Upon re-entrance through the main gate B you will need to show the stamp to an usher. NO ONE CAN BE RE-ADMITTED WITHOUT A PROPER HAND STAMP.

SEATING
Patrons must bring their own low-back lawn chairs. Standard size lawn chairs, wood or metal folding chairs, are the only type permitted.  The back of the chair may not be higher than 40 inches. High back lawn chairs, beach chairs, rocking chairs, chaise lounges and blankets are not permitted. Chairs MAY NOT be left unattended on the paths leading to the Box Office.

RAIN CHECK POLICY - HOLD ON TO YOUR TICKET STUBS
If the show is cancelled due to rain, save your ticket stub as it will allow you to see another performance this season. You will have to exchange the stub for a new ticket on the night you attend. You WILL NOT have to wait in the ticket buyer’s line to exchange your ticket for that evening's performance. There will be a separate table set up just for rain check stub holders.
Rain checks stubs are valid up to one year from original date of issue. The dates of legitimate cancelled performances from the prior year are posted on the main page of our website and our weather policy page. The rain check line will open 3 minutes after the Box Office line opens. Only one chair is allowed for each rain check stub.

FOR YOUR SAFETY
Seating is not permitted in the orange areas under the light towers, or in any area lined in orange, the paved area between the orchestra pit and the audience, or in the aisles.

ALL THE ABOVE STATED POLICIES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED BY THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY PARK RANGERS.
